Dosage
15 ml (1 tablespoon or the equivalent of 2 capfuls of the product).
2 to 3 times a day before meals.
Use for 28-day cycles (one lunar cycle) and repeat several times a year if needed.

Composition
Ingredients (per 45 ml): Nettle aqueous extract** (Uritica dioica) (44.7 ml), acidifier (citric acid), essential oils*: thyme* (Thymus vulgaris CT Thymol), clove* (Eugenia caryophyllus), oregano* (Origanum vulgare), cider vinegar*, grapefruit seed extract* (Citrus paradisi).
