An oil rich in vitamin E to fight against aging. A little thick, this oil smells of bread and cereals. Its conservation is a little difficult and it is advisable to consume it quickly after opening.

Dry and mature skin will appreciate it a lot in cosmetics. It is used alone or mixed with a more penetrating oil such as jojoba, hazelnut or black seed. It is also ideal in small quantities for breakfast for yogurt or vitamin cereals!
Dosage
10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

Tips & Tricks:
• CTEO Noble Chamomile 3 drops + Annual Tansy 3 drops + Lemongrass 3 drops + VO Wheat germ 15 ml. Take 6 drops of this synergy and add them to your dose of shampoo to nourish fine, fragile and delicate hair.
Composition
Composition in a flash:
One sixth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9).
Two thirds of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). A low amount of saturated fatty acids. Lots of antioxidant vitamin E. Vitamin K and carotenoids.
Precautions
• Store away from sources of heat and light.
• Consume preferably within 3 months after opening.
