Neat: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 2 to 3 times a day, preferably between meals.

Precautions
Contains natural camphor, contraindicated for people sensitive to camphor or suffering from known heart conditions. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or by children under 12 years of age, or in cases of kidney failure. Prolonged use is not recommended; do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for those taking antihypertensive or anticoagulant medication, or those with thyroid disorders, or who are allergic to salicylates. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medications or are using medication for depression. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
