Foeniculum vulgare
Native to the Mediterranean basin, sweet fennel is an apiaceae (umbelliferous) that can reach 2 meters in height. It is characterized by umbels of yellow flowers, pinnate and feathery leaves as well as oblong seeds characteristic of the botanical family.

2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support. (150 mg)
Advice
2 drops CTEO sweet fennel + 2 drops CTEO tarragon + 2 drops CTEO officinal sage + 2 drops CTEO noble chamomile in 5 drops VO apricot kernels to be massaged on the lower abdomen to improve painful periods and menopausal disorders.
This same mixture (CTEO + VO) is taken at the rate of 4 drops in a little honey in the mouth, twice a day for the same indications for the time necessary for improvement.
