The hybridisation of true lavender and wild lavender gave rise to the lavandins (clones), richer in essence, and whose botanical and pharmacological characteristic are similar to their parents.

Dosage
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 75 mg.
Advice
On a daily basis, atmospheric diffusion using an electric diffuser provides a state of well-being and relaxation which promotes communication between often stressed individuals. Diffused in a room for 30 minutes before bedtime, it will induce a calm, peaceful and restorative sleep.
