Scots pine needle

Scots pine provides an essential oil long known by our grandmothers who already at the time benefited from the balsamic action on the bronchi by inhaling this essential oil from northern climates. He appreciates the mountains, sandy or gravel soils; it has purple-gray bark, needle-like, robust leaves, yellow male and red female flowers, and an ovoid cone that is green then brown when ripe.
