Oral use: 2 drops of essential oil 2 to 3 times a day in honey, placed under the tongue for soothing effects.
Topical use: 4 drops of essential oil applied topically or rubbed into the affected area 2 to 3 times a day for muscular and dermatological discomfort, or applied to the inside of the wrists or the solar plexus for a soothing effect.
