Evening primrose seeds produce an oil rich in gamma-linolenic fatty acid (a good omega 6) that has been used for centuries in massage or in herbal remedies. The oil is said by some to fight chronic inflammation, but also hormonal imbalances of (pre-) menopause.

Tips & Tricks:
Compose your salad oil: 20% evening primrose, 40% rapeseed, 40% olive in order to receive the fatty acids W3, W6, W9 for a daily nutritional diet.

One tenth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9).
About four-fifths of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6, including nearly 10% gamma-linolenic,
a good omega 6 reputed regulator and anti-inflammatory). Antioxidant sterols.
